New Age Noise: Saturn Return is a night of experimental electronic music at Knox Street Bar as part of Sydney’s EMC Festival (2019 Electronic Music Conference). ‘Saturn Return’ is programmed by New Age Noise Collective, who have curated a phenomenal lineup that features some of Australia’s most captivating artists in an all-ages, one-night-only show.

Saturn Return will be held at Knox Street Bar and will feature Brisbane’s electro pop queen, LÂLKA, the groundbreaking Rainbow Chan and many more who are set to play on Friday November 15th.

The night will highlight electronic music artists from the New Age Noise workshop program that runs through I.C.E. (Information & Cultural Exchange in Parramatta). Program facilitators Del Lumanta and Nicola Morton take the stage as CUTLERY alongside emerging artists PU2ITY, OKUESHA and DJ PUPPY.

Both New Age Noise and the New Age Noise Collective exist to provide free training and development opportunities for young (15-25 year old) female, transgender and non-binary people from Western Sydney who are passionate about creating and showcasing experimental, emerging and DIY forms of music. Working in Ableton Live and with mentors and facilitators from across Western Sydney (and beyond) the programs emphasise the importance of creative freedom and experimentation in music.

For the second year in a row, I.C.E. has joined forces with the Electronic Music Conference to host Saturn Returns which is one of the many live shows happening in and around the Sydney CBD as part of the EMC Festival.

New Age Noise: Saturn Return takes over Knox Street Bar on Friday 15 November. $10 online/$15 at the door – Doors from 5.30pm.
